The Ibrik, or Turkish Coffee Pot. When using an Ibrik, make sure you use extra fine ground coffee, otherwise known as pulverised coffee. The Ibrik originates from the middle east, and is traditionally made from brass. It has a wide base, and narrow top and a long handle. The coffee made in the Ibrik is known as Turkish, Greek or Arabic coffee, this all depends on where you are, and who you support to be honest. The coffee is not as strong as espresso, but has a muddy flavour. This is due to the sediment taking up about one third of the cup. It is usually drunk black with ample amounts of sugar. Products
