Delivery Information  

Delivery for orders over £50 to UK mainland addresses is free. Otherwise our delivery charges are: 

• UK Mainland £3.95
• Non UK Mainland £11.95
• Europe £16.95 (this is an average, please contact us for an exact delivery price)
• Worldwide £24.95 (this is an average, please contact us for an exact delivery price)
• Gift vouchers are sent free of charge (when only Gift Vouchers are purchased)
• If you live locally and would prefere you can also collect instore

Our website is connected to a central stock management system to ensure 'In Stock' items are actually available for despatch quickly. Like all systems it is not infallible and on rare occassions the item may not be availble for despatch immediately. We will endeavour to contact you at the earliest opportunity if a product is out of stock or unavailable. In this event, and having contacted you, there are three options you can consider:

1. Cancel your order
2. Choose an alternative product that we have in stock
3. Maintain your original order, and we will despatch it as soon as it comes back into stock

We generally aim to dispatch stock items between 24-48 hours after we have received your initial order, and only use reputable couriers and delivery companies. We aim to have your goods delivered to you between 5-7 working days after your order has been confirmed.
