Alan Silverwood 12" Multisize Cake Pan

Alan Silverwood is a family firm, based in Birmingham. Established over 40 years ago to supply education authorities, for the last ten years they have specialised in manufacturing a distinctive range of domestic bakeware.

The secret of this fantastic bakeware is based on a core of Aluminum Alloy. Aluminium alloy is an extremely efficient heat conductor, resulting in even heat distribution during baking and reduced cooking times. It is the preferred chioce of the vast majority of professional chefs.

The 12' Multi sized pan is a hugely versatile pan. Adjustable to make just about any size of square or rectangular cake up to 12in square by 4in deep, the pan will make a full four tier wedding cake.

The basic pan consists of a 12 in square flat base, four side walls and two adjustable dividers. When not in use the pan packs flat and fits easily in to the bottom of a drawer.
