Returns and Faulty Goods Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
However, if you wish to return your order, you can send it in its original condition and packaging to our Leicester branch. We strongly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as responsibility for the goods remains with you until they have safely been returned to us. In the unlikely event that a product purchased from us is faulty, we will offer you the choice of a full refund or a replacement. This, however, will only be relevant if the item is returned to us in its original condition and packaging. We will then follow manufacturers guidelines to access the product and then contact you with either a replacement item or a full refund.
In the event of the item being replaced, it will be dispatched to you free of charge. If you opt for a refund, we will also reimburse you for the reasonable cost of returning the faulty item to us. Before returning any item to us, please email us with the product description and fault in order to obtain a return code.
