The secret of this fantastic bakeware is based on a core of Aluminum Alloy. Aluminium alloy is an extremely efficient heat conductor, resulting in even heat distribution during baking and reduced cooking times. It is the preferred chioce of the vast majority of professional chefs.
Originally designed for commercial bakeries these heavy-duty trays have an all-round lip to help prevent spills. For biscuits, buns, scones or meringues there are four sizes 10 x 8, 12 x 10, 14 x 12, 16 x 10in.
